Interconnect Harness AssemblyFor Rolls-Royce aero engines we manufacture all types of harness, mainly open loom and over braided designs. We manufacture a fully ruggedized harness set for the Pegasus engine using a 2.5D jig to ensure the harness fits exactly as required in the confined space of the harrier engine. On BAE aircraft designs there is a wide selection of harness forms and connector types used. Over braiding is often required using copper, stainless steel, PTPE or Nomex braid materials. Harnesses are then tested to customer specifications using Automeg or DitMCo machines before shipping. |

We have a variety of potting capabilities available to back-pot connectors or to completely fill speed probes after assembly. We have recently commissioned an anti static room for the special assembly of components requiring an anti-static environment.
